Week of Oct 28th




Monday - off (silly busy day at work and home)

Tuesday - Run: t'mill. 1 mile @ 9:30, 2x 1mile @ 7:47, 5 min walk cool down.

Wednesday - Bike: 45 min w/ 2x10'(2') @ 165W, then 1x8 @ 145W.

Thursday - Run - after work, t'mill, 3.2 miles, 1mile easy, 2x1mile @ 7:47/mile.  Felt fine, my form is a little different from out side.  I am more upright.  on the mill.  Feels ok, just not as relaxed as outside.  Feeling like I'll be ready to retest in ~two weeks.

Friday -

Saturday -attending an Appleseed Project

Sunday - attending an Appleseed Project part 2.   Made Rifleman, shoot 237 with a 10/22.  No workouts for the weekend.  Being o nthe line for 6 hours is exhausting.  Was very tired at the end of each day.  Didn't sleep well Sunday night either.  I will force the workout Monday and then get to bed at a decent time.
