Master's at lunch time. Didn't make it through this workout either....I'm giving myself a month and then I'm going to be pissed at myself for not being about to get through the workouts. The timing, rest intervals are kickin' my butt. Seems that part of getting fit in the water is just to survive the workouts. This will actually be a nice land mark...finishing the workout. When I can complete a workout in decent shape, then I'll know I've made progress.
