Haven't felt much like blogging lately. Mostly cause I've been in a pretty negative mindset for the last 2 weeks or so...but to keep things rolling...
Sunday
30 min swim
2:30 ride in the wind
30 min ez transition run
Monday
upper body lift, some core
45 min treadmill run with the Gale Barnhardt treadmill 2 sets (20 sec reps at steep grades, then followed by running faster on the flat
Tuesday
30min easy spin
Wednesday
lunch time masters. Wolfgang knows my name. Not sure what that means, if anything, but I was surprised. And since his a bit of a lagend, and since I'm a tri-geek from way back, it struck me as pretty cool.
I have lots on my mind, but don't care to write it down. Just need to keep getting the hours in.
