Another Week Gone by

Mon - Masters
Tues - Off folks have been in town this past week
Wed - 7 mile AeT Run
Thurs - 1hr AeT Bike
Fri - 5 mile AeT+ Run
Sat - 8 mile AeT Run (Avg 8:27 on this one, avg hr = 159, low perceived effort)...good sign on improvement)

Decent training, just not enough. I told a friend this and he asked "enough for what?". Good question....I need to ask myself the serious question of "Do my goals and my training go together?" I'm not doing enough training to meet my goals for Canada. So do I force myself to train more, or do I adjust my goals so that they are realistic for the training I'm getting in?

Need to do some thinking on this....
