flu...that's the short version of last week. Including the race report for the snowman stampede 20 miler. On the up side, the body is rested. the legs have healed, lower back is golden. Down side, lost 2wks of training (last week and most of this week week due to some lingering congestion).
But more importantly, is that break is occuring right in time for me to start training like a triathlete again. This week, I'll build up my tri-bike (pics to follow) and get the initial bike fit made. I'll get myself back into the wieght room and back to building strength that will let me cruise at speed for the long course events. And, we'll, be atri-geek again. Not that I ever stopped being a geek :)
