Sunday 3/9 Lift and Swim

Weights at Flatirons. Starting brand new. This lift left me sore.

Front Squats 3x6 @95lbs
PushUps/Crunches to 10 (1 pu then 1 crunch. 2 pu then 2 crunches, etc all the way to 10)
Pull Ups 3x6
Curl Press (standing on one leg) 2x8 @20lbs
Leg Curl 2x10 @ 20lbs

Swim 1000m. Form work. Holding 16 to 17 strokes per length.

Still congested from being sick. Very tired at the end of this little work. Have a lot of work to do. But am excited about getting going again. It fells like forever since I've worked out. It's only been 2 weeks.
