Nice workout. Cruised the bike, threw in a 20 min effort at 1/2 ironman pace (low Z3). Then a quick change and 4 miles on the Coal Creek Trail. I was really happy with the way I felt on the run. Ran at the top of zone 2 for the first 2 miles and was around 7:30for my pace. This is actually a little easier than my 1/2 IM effort. Considering I had just spent 1.5 hrs on the bike, this was a nice surprise. I had a short walk at 2 miles and then cruised on home.
Finally starting to feel like a triathlete again.
