Long run at the Res. two loops around. First loop in z2, second in the middle of z3. Decent run.
Week in review. There's a lot going on in my head about my training right now. But it sort of has a negative tone to it. Bottom line is that this was a good week of training for me. A lot quality time on the bike, decent running, and a my swim is beginning to come around. The negative part is that I feel like I'm not getting enough in. Truth is that 10 hrs for this week is about perfect. The last two weeks have been about 8hrs, so it's as much as I would want to increase anyway. Just need to get my perception straight.
