Spin with HEP at the Boulder Center for Sports Medicine. 1:20 Calling it 20 miles This was a tough ride. I hit zone 5 for the first time in months! We used 200 watts as my threshold power. This seemed pretty close. But we'll start doing a test in a week or two and track power/HR.
All in all it went well. Below is the "exertion" numbers. Briefly, it's a means to put a value on a workout. The "stress" of the workout is based on the time spent in each heart rate zone. The different zones for each sport have different multipliers. Then, averages for the TSS (stress) numbers are kept over time. Trends in these averages give you an idea of how your fitness it progressing.
