
Lift this mornig at LakeShore. Included one legged squats. 2x4 each leg w/ 20lbs. Man is my butt sore! Between the squats Sunday, ride last night and this morning...but the next 6 weeks or so are all about strength. So sore is the order of the day.
Ran at lunch up on Davidson Mesa. 4.4 miles, 35 minutes. Just cruised along. Legs were a little heavy as is to be expected, but I really enjoyed running again. It was my first run in over 2 weeks.
