Week Recap Stabilization Wk, 32 miles, 3:20 of running, 5 hrs of training.

Pretty good week. Felt a little restless through mid week though. Last week was 7 hrs total and w/ 6 hrs of running. And I was feeling pretty decent on Monday. I know I need rest (stabilization) weeks to give my body a chance to absorb the training I've done, but the feeling of fatigue is a little unnerving. i have to keep reminding myself that rest is a weapon. And that the sloggishness I'm feeling is ok.This coming week should be about 40 miles with some fast stuff, a decent long run and some good cycling as well.
