Sunday 2/3 S: 1500m ; R: ~4.5 miles, 41 min

A little stiff from yesterday. but felt ok after about 20 minutes. My lower right leg is tight, but still moving ok. Tomorrow is a rest day.
The swim was fine. I have some work to do here. I can hold my best form for about 100, but with no real mojo behind it. Mostly I did 50s, drill down, swim back. This is what got me to a 1:0-something swim. Form first, never struggle. Fitness happens as you practice your form. I'm a Total Immersion geek. I have been assimilated :) Or Laughlinated :) I smile now when I read the swim articles in the Tri mags and on the websites of coaches. They are all using the drills and sequences that Terry's been using for 20 yrs. "Three strokes and kick", "kick on your side", "lean in", etc ...I feel a little bad for him as well, I hope that he is recognized at some point for his coaching developments.
