Sunday 2/17. The leg is feeling better. Finally got out and ran on it yesterday. 7 miles. Felt good enough. Mostly I'm just feeling a little sluggish. There are 3 runs planned for the week and then the 20 miler on Saturday. While I'm not thrilled about having to take so many days away from running, I think I was due for the break.
