Monday - Off. very sore from run on Saturday. Kind of comical that a 4 mile effort hurt so bad.
Tuesday - started my PA swim camp. 30min of total immersion drills. Did one 50 of swim golf, 29 strokes and 41 seconds. I'm actually pretty happy with that. That is all form and no fitness.
Wednesday -
Thursday -swim form 1200 yards.
Friday - swim. mostly form 1300 yards
Saturday - run in the show. Up over Frankstown Mtn road. 5 miles
Sunday - went to the outdoor show. jerky and stuffed critters and fishin' trips
