Week of Jan 13th

Mid Dec and early Jan...been working out, just not logging it here.  Feeling healthy and like I'm gaining fitness.

Monday - Off

Tuesday - Run at lunch.  Treadmill at work. 36min, 4 miles. Used the Hill workout on the mill. set it to level 3.  Set the pace at 8:57/mile. The workout sort of felt like a set of over/unders for ironman pace.  I liked this run and will do it again.
Bike: pm. 1hour, MS: 4x5'(3') at 200 Watts.  Went pretty well.  Cadence was low-ish. low 80s

Wednesday - two F4 spins. 20 min Tests 195W.  second workout had MS of 20min at 150 W

Thursday - too much work

Friday - too much work

Saturday - run - F4 4 Miler 29:28.  VDOT  = 43 (was 41.5 in Sept)  Good solid effort.

Sunday -travel to PA
