Monday - in PA. 45 min easy bike at Y
Tuesday -Travel home from PA
Wednesday - cold and snow. 55 minute bike...with 10x 1' (200 to 2235 W) and 1' Off
(need to fill this out more often, I forget what I did this week)
Thursday - Bike 55min, w/ 10x1' On / 1'Off. On = 210W +
Friday - 30 min bike and then 5k treadmill. 23:08. VDOT of 42. Avg Hr of 171bpm...so I didn't run nearly as hard at the 4mile TT from a few months ago.
Saturday - Off
Sunday - 1:30 on the bike. 2x15(5') @165 and 169W and 2x15'(2') at 132Watts.
