Monday - wanted to ride 30 min and then run...but bonked...didn't eat enough lunch.

Tuesday - Bike: 1 hr. 2x15'(4') @ FTP (165 and 171W) then 30 min easy run(didn't do this)

Wednesday -Run: 1 hr w/4x1mile(5') at 7:24. On treadmill at work.  I figure if I'm going to be angst ridden and stressed at work, I may as well put that to use with challenging workouts.  Run Angry!


Thursday - moved bike to Friday because of work.  

Friday - Bike: 52min. 2x12'(4') @ 180, 182W then 12' at 145W.  Felt pretty good, Was upset about work so I took it out on the bike.

Saturday - Bike: 1:30 hr. 2x12'(4') @ FTP, 1x6 at 200W then 2x15'(2') at 85%(140W).

Sunday -Run: 45 min w/ some efforts. 4.75 miles.  Ran with Keri.  Pretty windy
