Monday - back still sore
Tuesday - bad day at work, feeling poorly about myself...used the anger to pedal hard. 2x15'(4') at 168W and 179 W
Wednesday - 2 hours of sleep last night. Apparently I did not pedal the angst from myself. Run after work (dark). It went well. 3.3 miles an easy 30 minutes. A few days off of running has my legs feeling pretty good.
Thursday - B: 2x15 at FTP
Friday - tried to ride in afternoon, but didn't eat enough breakfast and skipped lunch, bonked out.
Saturday - Bike: 2x15 at FTP
Sunday - Bike: 50 min with 2x15 at 80% then into run 37 min, 4 miles with 2x1.5 miles at 7:47/mile
