hhhmmm...not the best to get training again

Jan 7th...at the velodrome. Doing a hot lap and a guy fell in front of me and slide down the track and took me out. I hit the concrete apron.




Broken collar bone, scapula, 3 ribs and a partially collapsed lung. Surgery Sunday afternoon to put a plate on the collar bone.

Feeling ok now. I have some decent range of motion back already. But there's no strength there. the first two weeks pretty much sucked hard. Since then, it's been a little better each day. Dr is figuring another 4 weeks until I'm back to normal. (normal be a relative term of course)

and ALWAYS wear a helmet!!!! My head did hit the ground, my helmet did its job.
