5430 Sprint

Nice time at the sprint this year. felt good the whole way. By "Felt good", I meant I was able to stay on the gas the entire race, it actually felt fairly painful (in a good way). Wasn't even close to the AG podium this year though.

Most happy about my bike, held my power near my last measured FTP. And the run, I was able to negative split the run, out in 10:17, home in 10:00.
