Strange morning....I'm not sure what exactly has changed, but I've found some motivation and I'm going with it.
Did a 2.5 hour treadmill run this morning. The first 3 miles were very very relaxed, lots of walking even. From then on, I slowly got the pace down to 8 min/mile. Most of the miles were in the 8:30 to 8:45 range. Ended up with 16.2 miles. longest run of the year and longest treadmill run EVER.
Tonight is some time on the velodrome with the team. Won't count much as a workout, at most I'll be able to consider it spin/recovery time.
