Did ok, I suppose. Running first puts me too far behind the competition. The bike ride went very well for my, 24.9 mph at 221 watts (96% FTP). the last run started off rough, but by the last mile (in part thanks to a big down hill) I ran 6:15 pace.
7th of 34th in my AG and 38th overall of 363. Not my best result. I'm taking it as good news though, as the day went on, I got faster. And having the 24th fastest ride of the day, including the elites is a nice boast as well.
Next up is a few long rides this weekend. Then the Boulder Sunrise International in two weekends.
Kia Kaha
stole some pics from skipixs...omg...my form is awful (shoulders are up at my ears and feet are in front of me) on the run and my gut is huge on the bike.
