1 mile easy
then speed to 8:27
3x30"(30" rest) at 7.5 degrees
3x30"(30" rest) at 10 degrees
3x20"(40" rest) at 12.5 degrees
then 2x 1 mile at 7:41 pace with 2 min easy walking in between.

Felt reasonable.

reasonable...not great, I'm not setting any records. But I stayed in control and never felt like I was struggling.
