Friday...decent bike 90 minutes total with:
2x12'(4') at ~180W
2x15'(2') at ~160W

Sat: meh

Sunday: Good stuff here.
Bike: 45min with 2x15(4') at ~200W
Run: 45 minutes with 2x2miles at 7:30 pace
