The race went really well. Lots of F4 were there and that makes it more fun. Water was chilly (~61) but tolerable. The new wetsuit worked great. Hit the beach in 11 :02, I'm guessing the course was short, but I'll take it :)
On to the bike. left transition with 3 other F4 athletes. We hauled the mail for sure. We had the 19th, 25th, and 26th fastest bike splits of the day. Then onto the run, I got past by two of my team mates (in my age group as well). They really run well, including the elites they had the 13th and 14th fastest runs of the day. I gave up a little over a minute on the run. They took first and second in our age group and I grabbed third. An F4 sweep of the 40 to 44!!!
