Saturday - 6.2 miles, treadmill. 1200, 400, 1600, 800, 1600 all at 6:44 pace.
Sunday - Brick: B: 45 min w/ 3x(4x1'(220+W)/1'(~150W))...2 min rest between sets...
then R: treadmill, 3.5, starting at 7:30...down to 6:27 for the last mile
Woke up Monday morning from a dream of Ironman Canada. I'm a little bummed I'm dreaming about a race that's 30 some weeks away. Anyway, in the dream, things were gong great and then I got to the out and back of the bike. There was a deli there, yeah, I know, weird. Like a big old grocery store deli. Anyway, I got off my bike and futzed around and was down and had given up. I finally got back on the bike, and got going and made it to T2 in 12:47 race time. But for some reason that was only 47 minutes past my goal. Which makes no sense as the T2 cut off time is 10:30.
Anyway....let the head games begin. I think I need to focus on a closer race.
