another good workout. 2x20 minutes on the bike at FTP with a 4 min easy spin in between. After 10 minutes of easy spinning, went out for 15 minutes of running. Felt a little tired on the run, but it wasn't as hard as I was picturing it was going to be. I haven't done many bricks this year, so "not horrible" is really good :)
