treadmill. 1mile eazy, 6x40sec (40sec rest) on 8 degrees at 8min/mile....then 4x1:35 at 6:27 and 4x1:35 at 6:18. 5.5 miles total 45 min
I was surprised at how good these felt. I'm curious to see what this workout feels like on the track next week.
