Structure is Good

Another good day. Had two good workouts, a great lunch, and a nice conversation about goal settings with a triathlete friend. We decided that a good goal is measurable, a bit of stretch, and scares you a little. Ironman scares me a bunch. :) I decided that in keeping with the theme I will seek out workouts this year that scare me, not just races.

Lunch run with the McKesson Bolder Boulder group, 5 miles, 46 min. Then a 45 min spin in the evening with 2x12 minutes in zone 4.
