Friday-30 min spin, with 3x5 min in z4-5 (2 min rest). Felt ok, just getting back into it after three weeks off.
Saturday- 1:15, 6miles w/ the SolePepper group. Out to Monarch, 5xdiagonals, 4x200, and home.
Things to learn : Need to learn to get out of my own head. Stop thinking and just run. I'm constantly comparing myself to others, real people and imagined. I think my head space is my biggest limiter to reaching my athletic goals.
