Weekend

Not to much to blog about, but I'm looking to get back on a schedule again. Updating the blog will be part of that schedule.

Saturday, coached my group that's getting ready for the Denver Marathon. They are all looking pretty good and most seem to have their wits about them. It's been a lot of fun working with them through the season.

Sunday - 4 hour hike with KN. I'm not much of a hiker, but with great company, the time went by pretty quick. We just got back to teh bar as the rain started. Perfect timing. And on the way home, we rewarded ourselves with a stop at Dairy Queen. DQ rocks!
Next weekend we are planning on Shadow Creek trail (about 5 hours) and then the weekend after that we are going to shoot for the Mesa trail again. But this time, make it to Chautauqua and back.
