Had a false start last week. Got myself running again, but then went to Florida for the weekend. Had a great time, but ended up with a cold.
So, Let's start this again.....
Thursday - 35 min run/walk
Have settled on some winter goals as well:
1. PR at 10 miles. Have two chances here, Frosty's 10 miler on Jan 18th and Snowman on Feb 21. If I get my PR in Jan, I may run the 20 miler in Feb.....
2. Be consistant with my training. Looking back at previous years, I have a hard time keeping it together for long stretches of training. Not exactly sure how I will measure that, but right now I'm thinking 5 to 8 runs/wk and 2 strength sessions per week.
