Wednesday - first double

Nice training day today.  40 min at lunch.  Then another 40 min with 8x30 sec hill reps after work.  Finished up with yoga class.

Frequency builds strength, or so I'm told. I'm going for 6 to 7 runs a week for a few weeks.  I'm not worried about the total milage yet.  Build some strength first with frequency and hill work, the milage will come later.
