It was another fun weekend. Saturday morning my gf put my fitness to the test. We hiked for 5 hours, up to Bear Peak. It's not an easy walk, but the view is quite spectacular.


The next long hike will be up to Green Mtn.


For last week:
5 runs-21 miles
2 hours of yoga
2 lifts (core and back only)
1 hike - 5 hours, see above
5:15 of exercise, 10 hours if you include the killer walk up the mountain

A few posts ago, I whined about being slow....apparently I was wrong. According to Chuckie V, who knows way more than I ever will about this stuff, I'm not slow, I'm unfit.



For Monday-
Today's Not Slow, Just Unfit workout....5 miles in 42 min. I'll make yoga tonight as well.
