Week - Just getting stuff done

Sunday - 3 hr brick. 2 hrs on the bike then an hr run. Stayed aerobic, just cruised. Covered 32 miles on the bike, all well inside zone 1. The run felt really nice. Stayed in the low 140s, and averaged 9s. I am really pleased with the way this workout went. 3 hrs in the bank.
