My company moved to a new office this weekend. It's over hill and dale from my house. So much so that I literally can't make it to the office on my bike and stay under my MAF heart rate. And it's not like I'm setting any speed records on this ride either, I'm averaging about 14 mph for the 8 miles. It's a pretty frustrating morning outting.
Old school says tough is good. Hills and wind make you strong. I'll go with that school of thought until I get strong enough to ride the hills aerobically.

So ... MAFists would state, I think, you'd walk your bike up that hill.
Do you?
No walking the bike! I guess I'll have to turn in my MAF Union Card :)
