Lunch Run. Up on the Mesa. ~4.5 Just cruised along. Legs were tired from Monday night's spin, but still felt 'ok'. Worked on posture and turn over.
Swam after work. 800m, I know hardly worth getting in the pool for. But, it all counts. Rather than working on fitness, focused purely on form. Worked on setting a strong catch before snapping the hips and maintaining 'front quadrant swimming'. Need to be careful that when working front qaudrant swimming (catchup) that my stroke rate doesn't fall too low.
