
braving the cold on the bike...it really wasn't that bad.
Then ... is it a secret weapon....or distraction (especially if you have to dress like this guy)....
jumped rope once home, 6x30 sec. tried for 10 double leg jumps, 10 right, 10 left, etc. Left leg is stronger.
On a more general note...Feeling less tired. I'm interested to see what this weekend training does to my energy levels. I'm thinking it will be important for me to stay consistent with my training. Meaning, doing a big weekend and then being run down for 4 days isn't the best way to train. This is a bit of a "no duh", but my motivation to get big hrs in is pretty strong....this will be a good place for me to practice discipline.
