Better swim this morning. Main set of 4 times ( 1x300 and 4x25). Hung in there better today. Held about the same time for the 300s. My stroke count did go up as the workout went on. That sort of figures though. As I get more meters in, the muscular endurance will grow. I was around 19 strokes per length for the last 300. Not great, but acceptable for the time being.
To work on:
control my exhaling. pace the exhale so that I'm never out of air and left holding my breath
deeper front hand. not much, but I'm occassioningly 'leaning' on that front arm on my breath strokes
set my catch before switching. "pop" wrist and elbow THEN snapping hips and shoulders
