Let's start this over...Privately for now.
Thoughts on goals:
1. Stay healthy and somewhat sane
2. Learn to participate vs competing
3. If I'm enjoying training again ... then contemplate competing again
Possible events and goals:
late August and Sept sprint triathlons
late Fall running races.
Pretty much go with what I am enjoying the most, running or tri
Long term goals
2012 (43 yrs old) get fit again, participate
2013 (44 yrs old) get fast over winter, nail excellent mid summer, late half iron, maybe a late season ironman
2014 (45 yrs old) get more fast over winter, go fast at ironman
