25 min ez, 60 min rest (coaching) and 30 min EZ home.
except the 30 minutes easy home wasn't really easy. I made it, but it felt very hard. I napped in the after noon and went to bed at 8pm. I am fighting a bit of a cold, but that shouldn't have hit me that hard.
Took Sunday off. House work, worked on a bow. Feeling better Monday am.
