Starting Over. Brand new. Writing off the last 2 months and starting fresh. Starting very slow as well. Baby steps.
Breakfast: yogurt and fruit, coffee
light weights and yoga ~20 minutes
Lunch: steak sandwich, small salad and tarter tots
the goal is to pay a little more attention to my diet. and to move a little everyday. For now the exercise will remain light and be focused on range of motion. As time moves on, I'll start to add more resistance.
let's see if I can keep this rolling.
