Last Saturday:
Race for Your Cause, Boulder Sunrise Olympic. 2:20, 17th place overall. Plan was to swim controlled and relaxed, ride as hard as a could, and run controlled. 200 watts and 23.5mph on the bike course (42k) and then 45 min on the 10k. Ran 23min, then 22 min for the 5k splits. Not a bad day.
Sunday: Swim at Rally with F4. then 56 miles on bike with 4 mile run. I did the first loop with Scott and Michael at 166 watts, and then I soloed the loop at 160 watts. Felt good and in control the whole time. It did get warm, 85 degrees, and I handled that well. Pretty content with where I am for IM. Run went well, 34:40 for 4 miles, had to take 7 walks to hold the pace down.
Monday was a rest day. Tuesday was the last longish run, 11 miles in 93 minutes.
This coming weekend, I'll get in one more long ride. Then it's coast down to IM.
