Not sure where this is all going

the dreams are still there....going fast, PRs, etc. The motivation is there (made the pool this morning in the cold)...but I'm not sure the belief is still there. Last year at both my "A" races I either crumpled or otherwise blew it. I had other good results, on the AG podium a few times, 10th in my AG at the Boulder 70.3, even an overall podium. But I'm having a hard time trusting my training and my ability to do more of the same.

Just venting I suppose

training is back on track after a week in Mexico. Decent run last night, 6 miles on the mile, with 4 x 3min on 8% hill. I started with 30 minutes easy on the bike as a warm up. I seem, to run better if I pedal some first.

"It is exactly the impossibility that separates a dream from a goal. Goals can be achieved, when one works for them. Dreams aren't the same way. Athletes shouldn't dream - they should set goals and fight for them."

Ended up on the mill...I was running along at 8:30 pace...and just hit the 8% incline....3 minute, then hit the 2% button...so on and so forth
