Monday:
Run in the mill at work. 1 mile easy, then hills. 3x30" at 7.5% /3x20" at 10%, then 3x20" at 12.5%.
2 x1 mile at 7:20 pace....the running is coming around
Bike in the pm. 60 minutes with 2x15 at FTP
Tuesday: 8 mile run outside, super easy.
