Good weekend of training. Yesterday I tried the 5k on the treadmill again. 21:20, VDOT of 46. I've got another 30 or 40 seconds in me. As I remember what it's like to run faster, it's coming back. And pretty soon, some fitness will start coming back as well.
Also a good ride on Saturday.
