Thursday lunch run

on the mill cause I wanted pace...5.8 miles in 51 minutes with
3x 1200, 400, 200 at 6:44 pace (zone 4) with full rest.

Felt bad when I started, crampy gut, twingy left hamstring/glute...so I walked for a bit, then a jog, then finally got going.

Note to self...always at least try your warmup...even if you don't think you can handle the workout...after the warmup you may find you've got enough mojo for the workout after all.
