Weekend

Saturday...ran a little 5k in Westminster...little, like maybe 20 people. ran 6:40 for 2.85 miles on muddy, slippery and frozen trails....so not bad.

Sunday, had a break down and didn't accomplish my workout. GGGrrrr

Monday...better day. 1:30 on the bike with 55 minutes of FTP work, then 20 minutes on the mill at 7min/mile or faster.

Wednesday I'm getting Lasik. So no real workouts for 7 days. A forced rest period. Better now than July.
