Sunday : Rest
Monday : 5 miles in 45 min. Felt awful running so after 5 minutes I switched to 4min of running then 35 seconds of walking. The loop I ran normally takes me about 43 minutes. So the walking only added about 20 seconds per mile. I'm not sure about the PE of the run as I'm not feeling my normal self today.
More interestingly than the run/walk thing...I'm pretty sure I saw a tranny on a cruiser bike today while I was running. We life in curious times my friends....curious times indeed.
