March now. Some good running and riding in the last few weeks. I'm at a bit of a loss as to what to write. The main reason I stopped writing was because I caught myself censoring what I was writing. I know that others read this and I found myself thinking "what will they think when they read this". That sort of took the fun out of keeping it up.
First race is 11 weeks away. It's a sprint in Longmont. Then two weeks after that is another sprint, also in Longmont. 11 weeks, I can get my head around that. I was training hard before this, but now I can picture training for something specific. It makes a difference.
Sat: ~9 miles with SolePepper's group. w/ 4x9min hard. Built into these, the third was the hardest. I was a little cooked for the last one and had to extend the rest. Good run.
Sun: hour on the trainer. 2x12min @ FTP. with an easy 3 min in between. The rest of the ride was between zone 1 and 3.
Mon: 1hour on the Velodrome. Did some sprint work. Toughest workout so far. Then out to Wonderland Lake trail for a 4 mile easy run. It was a little chilly, but beautiful out.

Yeah ... I hear you on the self censorship on the run. I definitely have wanted to say somethings that I have drawn back on ... but when it comes to the training, I figure I just need to be honest there. If they don't like it ... **** em. So I have been careful though what I say about others, predictions, my rants ... well, maybe a little careful.
